Phoenician Collared Jar. A tall Phoenician collared jar, c. 7th - 5th Century BC, the body tubular with rounded base decorated with concentric ridges, the neck lightly tapering with widely collared mouth with incised parallel ridges and rounded rim. A rare and rather interesting Levantine vessel. H: 9 ¼” (23.5 cm). Restored from several sherds. Ex Orange County private collection. Value Range $450-550.
