Blundered version of: D N THEODOSIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Blundered version of: REPARATIO REIPVB, emperor standing facing, head left, raising kneeling turreted female figure and holding Victory on globe; BSISC in exergue.
