An exceptional Colima bed figure from West Mexico, ca. 300 BC – 300 AD.  This choice anecdotal figure is 3-3/4” long and depicts a female who has died in child birth.  She is adorned with a headdress and ear ornaments and is bound to her funerary pallet.
