Thrace, Cherronesos. 400-350 B.C. AR hemidrachm (12.5 mm, 2.47 g). Forepart of lion right, head turned back / Quadripartite incuse square, alternate depressions deeper. In one quadrant, pellet, in opposite quadrant, bunch of grapes. McClean 4079; Weber 2419 and 2434; BMC 11. Good VF, well struck and centered, light toning trending towards rainbow on reverse.
