HADRAINVS AVG COS III P P, bare-headed, draped bust left / CAPPADOCIA, S-C, Cappadocia standing facing, head left, holding Mt. Argaeus and vexillum. RIC 847h; BMCRE 1728. Nearly EF, tooled and repatinated. 

Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity by David Sear stating that it's been "extensively tooled and the surfaces repatinated."
