Mysia, Pergamon. Ca. 133-67 B.C. AR cistophoric tetradrachm (28.7 mm, 12.59 g, 1 h). struck ca. 104-98 B.C. Serpent emerging from within cista mystica with lid ajar; all within ivy wreath / Bow case with serpents; KA above, civic monogram to left, serpent-entwined staff to right. Kleiner 15; Pinder 110; SNG France 1720. Toned gVF, off center obverse, which is typical for the series.
