D N FL CL IVLIANVS PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right / SECVRITAS REIPVB, Apis bull standing right, two stars above; branch· TESA ·branch in exergue. RIC 226 var; LRBC 1696 var. EF, minor porosity, sharp portrait. 

Neither RIC or LRBC record this mintmark variety, with a branch/dot combination before and after TESA. Notice the "cyclops" eye on the bull.
