Sicily, Leontinoi. Ca. 455-430 B.C. AR tetradrachm (24 mm, 18.43 g, 10 h). Laureate head of Apollo left / LE-ON-TI-[NON], head of roaring lion left; around, three barley grains, leaf with berry behind. Boehringer 53; SNG ANS 240; Rizzo pl. XXIII, 22 (all form the same obv. die). Nice VF, lightly toned, minor surface roughness.
