Carnelian and Hematite Bead Necklace with matching Earrings. Central Asiatic, III-I Millenium BC. Bead necklace consisting of orange and black carnelian round tabular and ribbed cylinder beads, finished at back with hematite tube beads. Accented with rosette patterned sheet gold beads (Byzantine, VI Century AD). 18.5" long. Restrung with modern clasp. Sold with matching earrings. Attractive, unusual beads.
